Freckles the Bunny Series, Book # 6: The Freckle Monster & Updates

I'm sorry I haven't had as much time to update on here. I've finally got a little free time (business has been keeping me busy) so I have been getting Freckles' books re-edited and placed through 4 Paws Games and Publishing.

Freckles the Bunny Series, Book # 6: The Freckle Monster is now available on e-book in many locations. It is also available as Paperback on Amazon, Chapters/Indigo and McNally Robinson. You can order in the book at the last two as they have it listed online, but it is not stocked in the stores.

If you haven't heard, we will be doing a story reading (Freckles will be there) on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 and the library in Humboldt. I will be sure to add this to the events page here soon!

Lastly, I've removed the sales page. To make it easier for taxes, all books and products will be purchased through 4 Paws Games and Publishing's store only. This is the same for Sherlock's website. You can find some great items like calendars, posters and so much more! We are re-ordering his books too.

One last note. Once I get these re-edited and have a little free time, you can expect Sherlock's next book to be in the works. Yes, finally!

Freckles gets it's first isbn

I can't tell you how excited I am right now. For the first time ever, Freckles and I have our first ISBN (published through 4 Paws Games and Publishing). Up until now, we have used CreateSpace's assigned ones. For those who don't know, CreateSpace is in the U.S so this is a Canadian ISBN. I will eventually be taking down other books (retiring them) so that they have a new Canadian ISBN as well under the same publisher. Book 6 will be online within the next week if we are lucky. I will not be ordering books until next month, however I will be taking pre-orders.

New Business, Edits and Bk 6

I know Freckles' books have been out 3 times a year normally but with a new business going and new books, I think we will be slowing down to 2 for now.

We also have a new editor so books 1 - 5 will be edited as well in time and should look even better than before.

In the meantime, we are just waiting for the last of the edits and for our new ISBNs to come in. Once we have that all in, book 6 will be launching online. We will be taking pre-orders for it as well from the website. You will be able to purchase them off of Amazon.com or here for a signed copy. The next book will begin to be worked on as soon as we can.

This Mornings Updates

1. Freckles the Bunny Series, Book # 6: The Freckle Monster
Illustrations are done and we are getting closer to completing it. We still need some bullying information and editing yet before it is complete. Don't forget that you can still pre-order.

2. Fundraising Forms
I have two fundraising options online for organizations. Both equal the same profit but are handled differently. As this is the first time doing this, I always welcome input so feel free to share if these need changes, etc. These fundraising forms are for all the books I have written and not Freckles the Bunny Series only. Book 6 Updates

Well things are slowly starting to move along. Anastasia is back from her honeymoon and sending in book pages which look awesome! We have also had two rescues that will be participating in this book. Meet Jabberwocky & Yolanda. We hope we can help them find wonderful homes! I have been listening to updates on Jabberwocky's status as he went through eye surgery a while back. I was very happy to hear that it was a success! This is a wonderful rescue that goes all out for these animals. Right now all Createspace sales of any book I have written has $1/book going towards this rescue.

I am also currently working on an anti-bullying reading for the schools. This will become available once book 6 is out. I haven't had much chance to get one together and I am now sick but I should have it up and ready for the release date (or very soon after). I would also like to mention that I will visit libraries free in these areas providing they are during after school hours or the weekend and I can set up other locations around you to make it a day trip. If your school is not in the area and funding for a small transportation fee is not possible, please contact me anyways and we will see what we can do.

Lastly, we are looking at doing a story hour with milk and cookies to those that can come and attend. The location would be around where we are situated and reservations would be required as there would be limited spacing. The books are for children kindergarten and up. The story and visit is near an hour, so it may be difficult for some children to sit still in a small room. A parent will be required to be present.

It's that time of year again. School is starting and so much more! Sorry I haven't blogged updates here in a bit but we've been rushing to get back into our house. Some things have been moving far faster then we planned. We are hoping for everything to slow down after next month and for us all to be settled in. She has finally posted a second post and will continue to do so as the week progresses. Erika-Elizabeth has also co-authored Freckles' book # 6.
