I can't tell you how excited I am right now. For the first time ever, Freckles and I have our first ISBN (published through 4 Paws Games and Publishing). Up until now, we have used CreateSpace's assigned ones. For those who don't know, CreateSpace is in the U.S so this is a Canadian ISBN. I will eventually be taking down other books (retiring them) so that they have a new Canadian ISBN as well under the same publisher. Book 6 will be online within the next week if we are lucky. I will not be ordering books until next month, however I will be taking pre-orders.

Well things are slowly starting to move along. Anastasia is back from her honeymoon and sending in book pages which look awesome! We have also had two rescues that will be participating in this book. Meet Jabberwocky & Yolanda. We hope we can help them find wonderful homes! I have been listening to updates on Jabberwocky's status as he went through eye surgery a while back. I was very happy to hear that it was a success! This is a wonderful rescue that goes all out for these animals. Right now all Createspace sales of any book I have written has $1/book going towards this rescue. 
I am also currently working on an anti-bullying reading for the schools. This will become available once book 6 is out. I haven't had much chance to get one together and I am now sick but I should have it up and ready for the release date (or very soon after). I would also like to mention that I will visit libraries free in these areas providing they are during after school hours or the weekend and I can set up other locations around you to make it a day trip. If your school is not in the area and funding for a small transportation fee is not possible, please contact me anyways and we will see what we can do.
Lastly, we are looking at doing a story hour with milk and cookies to those that can come and attend. The location would be around where we are situated and reservations would be required as there would be limited spacing. The books are for children kindergarten and up. The story and visit is near an hour, so it may be difficult for some children to sit still in a small room. A parent will be required to be present. Updates #FrecklestheBunnySeries, Book # 5 have been ordered and will arrive here next week sometime. They still haven't fixed Bk # 4's cover on Amazon.com yet. I will contact them again come Wednesday. #Book # 6 is underway. It is entitled, "The Freckle Monster" and is a book on #bullying. Freckles the Bunny Series, Book # 5: Freckles and the Cost of Popularity The book is finally out online! Amazon.com will be between 3 - 5 days on their system, possibly sooner. The books are purchasable through Createspace which is an Amazon.com company. We've donated books and packages as well as started placing the animals into books. Sherlock's write list all of the great reasons to adopt but this just doesn't seem like enough when trying to help animals. We are now also going to be posting events for these groups that we will be working with, whether they are in every book or just one.
Also, as all of the books mention, please read the Createspace page to find out who we are donating to. For some time we've donated sales through those links to the Humboldt & District SPCA and while it hasn't been much (most people don't use those links), it was some. Now we are beginning new things with the books. Kimberly from Majestic Waterfowl Sanctuary had planned to tell everyone about Rilo and Ranger being part of this book. Help with sales is always appreciated big or small but we feel that it wouldn't be fair to her or the ducks if we didn't donate $1/book to her group for awhile. We would very much like to give everyone a chance so if any Humboldt & District supporters do wish to have their' $1/book donated, they just need to email me and let me know on either the Facebook page or from the website. SHERLOCK NEWS:Sherlock Book Update and ProblemsWe had some issues with pages being missing in the book. It is currently unavailable for purchase. Unfortunately, so are my copies until new ones come in. You can still pre-order though! I am now having troubles with Createspaces upload system which apparently doesn't like the series title inside the first page cover. This is being worked out and it will all hopefully be online soon. A New Domain He is far more popular then expected and seems to be drawing quite a bit of interest for himself. Due to this, we've made a website for him and bought a domain.
